“Ryan has built an impressive career and brings a wealth of versatile knowledge and experience to our team,” said Rebekah Barney, Owner and President of The Alzada Company. “His expertise in sustainable design and construction aligns perfectly with Alzada’s commitment to both meeting and exceeding increasingly important green development standards.”

Beginning his career as an intern constructing the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, a $200 million entertainment complex, his major projects have since included – The Pinnacle at Symphony Place, a $100 million 32-story commercial office building in Nashville, Tenn.; Chandler Park Apartments, a $21 million 320-unit multi-family complex in Owensboro, Ky.; Naples Square III, a $35 million 77-unit mid-rise condominium in Naples, Fla.; and Marina Bay 880, a $55 million 87-unit mid-rise condominium in Clearwater, Fla.

He previously served as a board member on the Associated General Contractors of Tennessee’s Construction Leadership Council (2009, 2013) and, prior to joining Alzada, was a Senior Preconstruction Manager with the award-winning construction company DeAngelis Diamond, headquartered in Naples, Fla.

Anderson’s first project with Alzada will be The Irving Downtown, a luxury mid-rise rental community coming soon to the corner of Lee Street and Bay Street in the historic River District of Downtown Fort Myers, Fla.

“Having spent the entirety of my career in construction management, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some terrific development teams on some very exciting projects, and development is something I’d been dreaming of diving into,” Anderson said. “The opportunity to become a part of Alzada and develop a project like The Irving Downtown is a dream come true. Rebekah’s leadership, professional integrity and passion for serving her community are an inspiration, and I feel fortunate to be a part of this team.”

Born and raised in Gainesville, Fla., Anderson is an avid fisherman and golfer. He resides in Naples with his wife of 15 years, Stephany, and their three children.
